Valero Energy Ltd, a subsidiary of Valero Energy Corporation, markets fuel in the UK and Ireland under the Valero and Texaco brands. There are around 730 branded service stations in the UK. The company owns and operates Pembroke Refinery in south west Wales, which is one of Europe’s largest and most complex refineries, has ownership interests in four major pipelines, eight fuel terminals and a 14,000-barrel-per-day aviation fuels business.
