Ysgol Pen-Y-Bryn wanted their Castle to represent the four Key Stages of their school: Primary, Key Stage 3, Key Stage 4 and Sixth Form. Each class nominated a pupil to add their handprint to the castle, and pupils were asked to think of key words that came to mind when they thought of Pen-y-Bryn. Those words are written around the castle to represent who they are.
