Turn That Crown Upside Down as We Proudly Announce Our New Partners Castle Bingo

We are pleased to announce that Castle Bingo will be sponsoring two castle sculptures in the upcoming “Castles in the Sky” public art trail to raise funds for Wales Air Ambulance Charity.

The trail, which is set to launch this summer, will feature over 30 unique castle sculptures placed throughout various locations in the city centre of Swansea. The project aims to celebrate the rich history and heritage of Welsh castles, showcase the talents of local artists, and raise much needed funds to support the vital lifesaving Charity.

As a proud supporter of the arts and a company with a name that pays homage to castles, Castle Bingo felt that sponsoring two of the sculptures was a perfect fit.

The sponsorship ties in with Castle Bingo Morriston’s 30th Birthday, where the club will be hosting a month full of fun, unbeatable value, great prizes and a range of promotions. They invite you to join in the celebration as they thank their members for 30 years of outstanding memories.

Owain Mears, Castle Bingo’s Brand Manager said: “We are thrilled to be a part of this exciting project. The Castles in the Sky art trail is an innovative way to celebrate the country’s rich history and culture, and we are proud to support it.

“We are pleased to be able to work with talented local artists to create two unique and striking sculptures that will capture the spirit of our brand and we look forward to seeing them take their place on the trail and being enjoyed by visitors from all over the country.”

The Castles in the Sky art trail is expected to draw significant crowds over the summer months, and Castle Bingo is excited to be a part of such a dynamic and engaging project.

Owain said: “We are always looking for new ways to engage with our local communities and to support initiatives that celebrate the unique heritage of our country and the Castles in the Sky art trail is a wonderful opportunity for us to do both, and we can’t wait to see the sculptures in place and hear the reactions of visitors.”

Castle Bingo is proud to be a part of the communities it serves and looks forward to continuing to support innovative projects like this one in the future.

Wales Air Ambulance & Castle Bingo Partnership

Siany Martin, Corporate Fundraiser for Wales Air Ambulance, said: “We are delighted to partner with Castle Bingo for our Castles in the Sky public art trail. We are excited to showcase not one but two unique and striking sculptures from Castle Bingo, that will capture the spirit of our brand.”

Residents and visitors, of all ages, are invited to get involved and explore the trail using a bespoke map. The event is expected to create a feel-good factor, promote well-being and get people outdoors.

Dr Sue Barnes, Wales Air Ambulance Charity Chief Executive, said: “The Wales Air Ambulance Charity is delighted to host a Wild in Art trail, the first of its kind in Swansea. Our Castles in the Sky trail will bring people together through a love of Welsh history and art.

“We aim to deliver lifesaving, advanced medical care to people across Wales, whenever and wherever they need it. But without your support, our Charity wouldn’t exist. Together we can continue to serve the people of Wales and save lives.

“Please support our Castles in the Sky trail and help us to bring it to life.”

After entertaining and bringing communities together the legacy of Castles in the Sky will continue, as many of the sculptures will take centre stage at a glittering auction to raise vital funds for Wales Air Ambulance.
